Weekly or 2x/week calls via Google Meet or Zoom. I also provide async feedback on sales materials, review recorded calls and help you create custom frameworks for follow-ups, discovery calls, demos, qualification, etc.

In your own words

TJ supports startup founders in both early and growth-stage businesses, as well as social enterprises, to help them achieve their goals. Living in NYC, TJ collaborates with the GTM and Platform teams at Lerer Hippeau, Bowery Capital, and FFVC. Before starting his coaching pracgtice, he managed an $80MM book of business at Google, where he also led mindfulness workshops, and served as a salesperson at four startups, three of which successfully exited. Additionally, TJ also coaches incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals through Defy Ventures’ entrepreneurial training programs, and has been able to support recently incarcerated individuals successfully start and receive funding for their businesses.
