I have 25+ years of Engineering Management experience, from line management to Managing Director, in tech startups of various stages, in-office, hybrid and fully remote settings. I helped many engineers become (better) managers, and my expertise is in the individual contributor -> manager transition. I provide EM and engineering leadership mentorship, focusing on soft skills.

Ideal client & kinds of help/problems you like to solve

An ambitious developer who's preparing to move to the management track, or someone who just got promoted to lead a team, in a small- to mid-sized SaaS company.

Preferred coaching structure

90-minute sessions every second or third week, homework for the client in between.

Who can't you help?

I don't have corporate / FAANG experience and I'm probably not the best choice to help C-level leadership.
