What kind of coaching do you do?

Ideal client & kinds of help/problems you like to solve

My ideal client is a business navigating growth challenges after a major event, such as a funding round, leadership change, or scaling effort and sees coaching as a vital support for their high potential leaders and willing to add this benefit for select leaders. The ideal coachee is a mid- to senior-level leader in product, engineering, or marketing, working in a small to mid-sized software company, especially in consumer tech. The ideal coachee is also a high-potential leader who is aware of their current limitations and see coaching as a vital support in leveling up their leadership skills and driving business impact.

Preferred coaching structure

I find it best to work with clients through a mix of bi-weekly virtual/video sessions and asynchronous support via email or Slack. This allows us to focus on both real-time problem-solving and ongoing progress. I also have regularly confidential check-in's with my coachee's manager (typically the CEO), to ensure triangulation and alignment.

Who can't you help?

I’m not the best fit for leaders or companies looking for a highly technical coach focused exclusively on engineering challenges, or those unwilling to invest the time and effort needed to grow. I do not take on remedial clients. Additionally, early-stage startups without an established leadership structure may benefit more from foundational coaching tailored to early-stage dynamics. I do not work with coachees who are paying out of pocket.
