What kind of coaching do you do?

Ideal client & kinds of help/problems you like to solve

Product professionals doing leadership work—whether they have the title or not. You might be recently promoted, stepped into a leadership gap, or are an established leader who realizes that managing people and stakeholders requires skills you never learned. You recognize you're already doing leadership work and want to get better at it without the trial-and-error approach.

Preferred coaching structure

Exclusively asynchronous. Send questions, situations, or challenges via text, audio, video, or screenshare when they arise. I respond with personalized guidance within 24 hours. This works better because leadership challenges don't wait for scheduled meetings—you get support exactly when you need it, not when your calendar says you should.

Who can't you help?

If you're not interested in developing leadership skills or taking on leadership responsibilities, we're not a good fit. I also work best with people who are ready to engage with the learning process and try new approaches—if you're looking for someone to just validate what you're already doing, that's not my style.
