What kind of coaching do you do?
Business operationsCorporate operationsEngineering managementGeneral management
Ideal client & kinds of help/problems you like to solve

Consulting is for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), preferably in the IT & Software industry (esp. when it comes to implementing external standards, frameworks, and methodologies). Coaching is 1:1 for new managers and freelancers/solopreneurs.

Preferred coaching structure

It depends on the assignment. The structure is flexible and negotiable, e.g., it can be anything from regular calls to me being part of the team. But it has to be 100% remote work.

Who can't you help?

1) Companies looking to implement standards in any other industry, except IT & Software Development, Automotive, and Telecommunications. For example, I am not familiar with the international standards in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Aerospace, etc. 2) Companies that are too big and I can't work directly with the decision-makers, or too bureaucratic, slow, and hard/unwilling to change. 3) Business owners / founders who want to launch startups. My coaching is for managers/leaders (if company employees) or freelancers/solopreneurs (if independent professionals), not for entrepreneurs who want to set up a company and are looking for advice on fundraising, go-to-market, etc.
