1. Developing product leaders who want more growth and more success, without sacrificing their happiness. 2. Companies needing help transforming to the product operating model with strong product strategy taking the lead. 3. Companies who need product leadership on an interim or part-time basis.
I am flexible (to a point), but the most helpful coaching arrangements include a weekly 60 to 90 minute video call at the very least. Structures grow from there based on need and scope.
Any person satisfied with their position and growth, or any organizations not taking or desiring an outcomes-based approach to product would be a poor fit for my assistance.
