What kind of coaching do you do?

Ideal client & kinds of help/problems you like to solve

My ideal client is starting a transition or struggling to advance in an already-started organizational change. Typical examples are scaling from one product team to several, moving individual contributors to leadership roles, or starting to manage outcomes instead of feature requests. I don't have any particular preference for the size or age of the company. I especially enjoy working in complex markets with challenging buyer/user structures, regulations, or other factors common in health, finance, education, SaaS, etc.

Preferred coaching structure

I work with my clients in different settings depending on their needs. This ranges from bi-weekly coaching sessions, workshops & trainings, to close collaboration with multiple teams and levels within a company.

Who can't you help?

I'm not the right fit for an individual looking for their next role.

In your own words

I help Product Managers and Leaders who feel stuck in their work, caught up in endless detail discussions, and struggling to facilitate between different perspectives.  My unique approach externalizes perspectives through visual mapping to facilitate discussions and align decisions.
