Fresh Direct debate and grocery delivery

Let the Fresh Direct Debates Begin Again!

The Kitchen Apartment Therapy blog is (re-)hosting their debate on Fresh Direct, the NYC-only grocery delivery service. I think the grocery industry is fascinating–especially since profits are declining in an industry that literally everyone depends on.

PeaPod serves our neighborhood but they’re pricey. We do get a weekly box of produce from Boston Organics (it’s sort of like a CSA) and lots of folks use Crescent Ridge for milk and dairy delivery. Have you used a home delivery service for your groceries or any other food items? Let us know in the comments?
